🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Quality Engineers
• Define and execute quality strategy for FlashBlade
• Partner with Engineering, PM, and Support teams to identify quality gaps
• Drive high-quality, predictable delivery by setting priorities and removing roadblocks

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management
• Strong background in test automation and software test strategy
• Experience in Enterprise Storage technologies or distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building automation frameworks and developer tools
• Experience driving test-driven development in CI/CD environments
• Strong Python skills or comparable coding experience
