You'll own the enterprise demand plan and forecasting process as a core part of the S&OP cycle, serving as the primary liaison between Sales and supply chain. You'll translate market signals into actionable plans, align cross-functional teams, and drive forecast accuracy improvements. This role offers hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment with direct impact on business objectives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain enterprise demand plan from sales, marketing, and customer data
• Lead demand review process within monthly S&OP cycle
• Monitor forecast accuracy metrics and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to translate demand signals into supply plans

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or S&OP in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine preferred)
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience supervising demand planners
