• Collaborate with sourcing, production, and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of collections.

• Analyze performance metrics and lead corrective actions.
• Lead monthly Supply Planning meetings to align on production plans.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply or production planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in planning software (SAP, Oracle, JDA, Anaplan, Excel).
• Strong understanding of global supply chains and fashion lead times.
