💼 About This Role

You'll drive operational excellence through data, insights, and planning for Luno's customer success teams. You'll create schedules and forecasts to achieve service-level goals while anticipating changes in customer behavior and crypto trends. You'll collaborate with global WFM peers to ensure plans are data-informed and future-ready.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain forecasting models using historical data and trends
• Develop scenario-based plans to anticipate demand surges
• Monitor intraday performance and make real-time recommendations
• Report on key workforce metrics like Service Level and Forecast Accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Workforce Management experience
• Strong analytical background with data translation skills
• Experience with forecasting and scheduling tools
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools
