💼 About This Role

You'll own Okta's global macOS and iOS fleet as the Apple SME while expanding into Windows and Linux endpoint management. You'll drive automation and security compliance across platforms and serve as the internal feedback loop for Okta's product teams. This role combines deep Apple expertise with cross-platform influence and direct impact on identity products used by millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage global macOS/iOS fleet using Jamf Pro
• Contribute to Windows (Intune) and Linux endpoint management
• Administer open-source tools (Munki, Santa) and evaluate FleetDM
• Build CI/CD pipelines for scalable, automated deployments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in endpoint engineering with Apple focus
• Deep expertise in Jamf Pro
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, or Swift
• U.S. Person status required (citizen, national, LPR, refugee, asylee)

• Experience with FleetDM or osquery
• Autopkg pipelines or AWS Lambda automation
• Federal compliance (FedRAMP) background
