You'll own the entire K-12 school sales funnel in Texas, signing new accounts to use the Swing platform for substitute teacher placement. You'll leverage your existing network of education leaders to close business within your first 90 days. This role offers $160k-$200k total compensation and the chance to impact public education.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to build pipeline
  • Lead sales meetings with school and district administrators
  • Manage the full sales cycle from contact to contract execution
  • Identify and attend conferences to generate leads

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Previous experience selling into K-12 space
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • Ability to work PST business hours

  • Existing network of education leaders in Texas
  • Experience with RFP management
  • Reside in Houston/Dallas proximity
