Operations Manager

Description
You will lead the production team at our Las Vegas facility, coordinating daily processes and long-term targets to maximize safety, compliance, efficiency, and productivity. You'll manage resources, develop the team, ensure product quality, and work closely with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, with direct management of 30+ individuals
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business preferred
- Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma certifications a plus
- Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis industry regulations
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic planning and vision for plant operations including processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and logistics
- Manage facility activities with departmental managers to meet wholesale objectives on time and within budget
- Analyze facility data (efficiency metrics, labor variance, defect rates, costs, capacity) to recommend improvements
- Develop and maintain a company culture of accountability, transparency, and enjoyment
- Implement preventative maintenance program and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
