💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the designated compliance officer and MLRO for dLocal's Indonesian regulated entities, ensuring full adherence to Bank Indonesia, OJK, and PPATK requirements. You'll build and maintain AML/CFT frameworks and lead regulatory engagement. This role offers the opportunity to shape compliance culture in a fast-growing global payments company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as compliance officer for Indonesian regulated entities
• Develop and maintain AML/CFT frameworks
• File Suspicious Transaction Reports to PPATK
• Deliver AML/CFT training programs

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years compliance/MLRO experience in financial services or payments
• ICA/ACAMS certification mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian AML/CFT regulations
• Proven ability to engage with regulators

✨ Nice to Have

• AAMLP, CRMP, or LSPP certification
• Experience with Bank Indonesia payment regulations
• Experience with OJK governance expectations
