Description

You'll lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic licensing programs that directly impact Payoneer's long-term growth and regulatory footprint. You'll drive cross-functional alignment across Legal, Compliance, Product, R&D, Finance, and GTM teams, ensuring licensing programs meet regulatory expectations while supporting business scalability and product expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technology, or related field
• 5+ years managing cross-functional programs in complex, global software environments
• At least 2 years in licensing or regulatory areas
• Strong understanding of regulatory, technical, and business processes
• Proven stakeholder management with excellent communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic licensing programs across multiple teams and domains
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Legal, Compliance, Product, R&D, GTM, Finance toward shared objectives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cross-company and external regulatory risks, constraints, and dependencies
• Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and tracking frameworks for transparency at all levels
• Leverage data to identify trends, assess risk, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery
