• Identify high-impact opportunities and define project strategy.
• Scope new projects with objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate across researchers, vendors, and policy partners.
• Re-scope and re-prioritize as shifting priorities demand.

📋 Requirements

• Track record of owning complex, ambiguous initiatives and delivering outsized results.
• Ability to scope new problem spaces quickly through research and good judgment.
• Consistently good judgment under uncertainty with incomplete information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
