You'll support interview scheduling and logistics for a high-volume pipeline at Etched, an AI hardware startup. You'll ensure a seamless candidate experience by managing communications, travel, and reimbursements. This internship offers direct mentorship from industry leaders and a chance to work on transformative AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule interviews end-to-end across multiple hiring needs.
• Greet onsite candidates and provide a welcoming experience.
• Manage candidate travel and reimbursement logistics.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and optimize interview planning.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in calendaring or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Ashby, G-Suite, or Notion.
• Plans to graduate between May 2026 and May 2027.
