This role offers the chance to provide white-glove service and act as an expert strategic advisor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide guidance and white-glove service to cultivate trust with customers
• Support execution of marketing initiatives for a portfolio of agents
• Project manage creation of custom agent marketing needs
• Develop marketing strategies to maximize budget effectiveness
• Analyze and optimize marketing plans to inform future strategies

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of marketing experience at a brand, agency, or real estate brokerage
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning
• Skilled project management with track record of meeting deadlines and budget
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Office Suite, and Google Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate marketing or at a luxury brand
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Working knowledge of social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager)
