💼 About This Role

You'll oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety projects across business units, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. You'll be pivotal in fostering a safety-first culture and driving innovation and sustainability in projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement EHS Capital Improvement Plans
• Manage change management, building code compliance, and contractor safety
• Serve as primary contact for property insurance and audit risk management
• Lead project management and status meetings with stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing or facilities management
• Familiarity with project budgets from $10K to $5M annually
• Proficiency in engineering and project management tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EHS compliance and regulations
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
