💼 About This Role

You'll support daily materials operations and guide team members to ensure accurate inventory movement. You'll partner with the Materials Supervisor to drive continuous improvement across workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign kits and monitor task completion to support production schedules.
• Support and guide receiving operations with accurate documentation.
• Oversee material movement to ensure proper handling and traceability.
• Train team members on standard work and safety practices.
• Audit receiving and inventory processes for compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in materials or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in manufacturing or defense industry.
• Certification in lean or six sigma.
• Associate's degree in supply chain or related field.
