💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end regulatory exam engagements for Affirm's compliance team. Your work ensures adherence to consumer protection laws and supports risk management. You'll coordinate with legal and business partners to fulfill examination requests.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end regulatory exam processes from Compliance perspective.
• Coordinate corrective actions and report progress to management.
• Maintain central repository for exam obligations and documentation.
• Draft reports and presentations for compliance review results.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance, licensing, or regulator experience in consumer financial services.
• 4-year university degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of consumer protection laws (HMDA, BSA/AML, OFAC, etc.).
