You'll own monetization strategy for a subscription-based career platform, balancing revenue goals with user trust. You'll run A/B tests on pricing and conversion flows, collaborating with AI and data teams to find new monetization opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize free-to-paid journeys and upgrade flows
• Define subscription models, trial structures, and pricing tiers
• Run A/B tests on pricing, packaging, and conversion flows
• Own monetization roadmap and prioritize initiatives
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and data science

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management with focus on growth or monetization
• Proven experience with subscription-based SaaS/B2C funnels
• Strong analytical skills including cohort analysis and LTV modeling
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation programs

• Experience in HR tech, marketplaces, or job search platforms
