Description

You will assist with the execution of HVAC projects from estimates through closeout, preparing equipment quotes and proposals while collaborating closely with the Outside Sales Team to deliver timely bids and engineering requests.

Requirements

• Ability to problem solve.
• Team player.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attend Manufacturers Training.
• Work with CRM Software for Quoting, Sales Requests and Project Management.
• Engineering Degree a plus.
• 1 – 2 years in HVAC industry a plus.
• Must have knowledge of CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment quotes and plan-and-spec proposals using manufacturer products.
• Apply basic psychrometric principles to support accurate HVAC equipment selections.
• Utilize manufacturer-provided selection software to generate pricing, submittals, and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Team to deliver complete and timely bids and engineering requests.
• Partner with Engineering Sales to develop and refine equipment selections that meet project requirements.
