You'll define the vision and roadmap for Navan's AI-powered Policy engine, crafting intelligent guardrails and automation for expense compliance. You'll build the engine that auto-codes millions of transactions and partner with cross-functional teams to redefine expense policy management at scale. This role offers the chance to drive strategic impact across thousands of Finance teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and communicate the product vision for Navan Expense's Policy product
• Lead product strategy and maintain a prioritized roadmap
• Oversee end-to-end development of Policy features from concept to launch
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams for execution and risk management

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience
• Strong product taste, judgment, and design thinking
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals
• AI fluency with experience in AI-tooling and technical concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with expense management or fintech products
• Background in policy or compliance software
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and metrics
