💼 About This Role

You'll build the vision and roadmap for Deliveroo's Merchant revenue assurance programme, owning key SOX controls to ensure accurate commission and pricing. You'll drive strategic expansion of controls to new geographies and product areas. This role offers the chance to partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to remediate issues and accelerate revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end effectiveness of key SOX revenue controls
• Accountable for contract-to-system-to-delivery charge reconciliations
• Guide investigations into mismatches and partner cross-functionally
• Demonstrate operating effectiveness of OTC controls to auditors
• Partner with Engineering to enhance reconciliation data views and scripts

📋 Requirements

• Extensive external audit (Big 4 preferred), internal audit, or SOX compliance experience
• Comprehensive understanding of revenue recognition and OTC processes
• Highly proficient in Excel with working knowledge of SQL
• Proven ability to oversee complex investigations and identify systemic control gaps
