Description

You will join a product group to build and scale the Connecteam platform, working on features end-to-end from frontend UI to backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a product used by deskless workers daily.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with frontend and backend technologies at scale
• Experience developing backend service in Python
• Experience developing robust frontend in React
• Experience with state management libraries (MobX, Redux)
• Experience scaling services to millions of users

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap and build weekly sprints with product group
• Push product forward technically: solve bugs, plan architecture, code features, push to production
• Choose appropriate backend technologies for scale
• Understand customer needs and use cases
• Take ownership of product part from technical perspective
