Description

As one of the first Enterprise Account Executives at Rootly, you'll shape the sales process and grow revenue by building a book of business across North America, closing full sales cycles for $50-150K+ ARR deals, and positioning Rootly as the incident management platform of choice for enterprise buyers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years selling enterprise software to SMB and enterprise accounts
  • Owned enterprise software quotas of at least $1M+
  • Product and domain expert with consultative selling ability
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations with bespoke commercial agreements
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable with technical B2B SaaS and economic buyers

Responsibilities

  • Build book of business across North America with 100% quota attainment in first year
  • Source and close full sales cycles for $50-150K+ ARR deals
  • Win competitive deals by positioning Rootly as Incident Management On-Call Platform of choice
  • Design and present product narratives and ROI analyses to enterprise executives
  • Lead team projects to develop and refine sales process
