💼 About This Role

You'll join the Core Data team at Figma, a collaborative design platform. You'll advance experimentation platforms and develop machine learning-based analytical systems to drive product decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner across teams to define metrics and design experiments.
• Accelerate experimentation platform with A/B testing and causal inference.
• Build ML models to support product and business initiatives.
• Own end-to-end data projects from prioritization to delivery.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Economics, etc.).
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong foundation in statistical methods and experimentation.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Publications or research in experimentation or applied ML.
• Industry internship applying data science to product problems.
• Exposure to LLM analytics or AI product measurement.
