You'll provide exceptional support for members of Range's AI-powered wealth platform, troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll drive member satisfaction in a fast-paced startup environment while helping refine our customer-facing AI agent. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist members with platform usage questions
• Troubleshoot technical issues as first-line defense
• Create and maintain knowledge library

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in support or technical role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience with financial services technology
