🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Data and AI engineers
• Drive end-to-end development of Data and AI solutions
• Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for AI services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI with organizational goals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Data Operations, or Software Engineering
• Strong Python skills for data pipelines, automation, and backend services
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) like ECS, EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda
• Deep understanding of AI principles including RAG and prompt engineering

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and version control (git)
• Passion for building autonomous AI tools and agent networks
