You will design antenna sites and hardware to support the Starlink network, travel internationally to develop infrastructure plans with partners, and own global antenna site roll-out plans to optimize system performance and growth. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline.
- 1+ years of professional experience in an engineering role.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to ground station sites.
- Ability to work long hours and occasional weekends for launch and critical project timelines.
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR requirement).
Responsibilities
- Design antenna sites and hardware to support, connect, and power antennas globally for Starlink network backhaul.
- Travel abroad to create infrastructure development plans with international partners.
- Develop new processes and methods for rapid deployment of antennas.
- Engage cross-functionally to align technical roadmaps with business growth, regulatory, and network engineering teams.
- Review antenna site reliability over time to ensure overall system health.
