You'll lead the operational foundation for customer onboarding at 1Password, owning the Rocketlane implementation platform and building scalable programs. You'll drive time-to-value metrics and evolve tiered service packages. This role offers the chance to shape the future of a high-growth CX organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Rocketlane launch, configuration, and optimization.
• Map onboarding workflows to identify friction points.
• Develop reporting frameworks for time to value and capacity.
• Standardize playbooks and service delivery templates.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in operations, implementation, or customer success.
• Experience owning or administering Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding and activation lifecycle.
• Proven ability to improve operational workflows for customer-facing teams.

• Experience with Rocketlane or implementation workflow platforms.
• Change management or training coordination experience.
• Background in SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
