💼 About This Role

You'll build PawChamp's internal funnel builder — a platform that lets marketers configure quiz funnels and run A/B tests without engineering. You'll own technical architecture from day one and collaborate directly with stakeholders. This role offers zero micromanagement and a chance to shape the MarTech infrastructure of a Product Hunt #1 product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build an internal funnel builder for marketing teams
• Implement AI solutions for automating business and engineering processes
• Ensure production system reliability with monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD
• Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing to align technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience
• 4+ years of experience with Golang
• Proficient in PostgreSQL or other RDBMS
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines in production

• Knowledge of Python
• Experience with Growth, MarTech, or AdTech platforms
• Experience building SaaS solutions or internal tools
