  • Lead and develop the sales team across inbound, outbound, and aftersales
  • Own the full customer journey from first contact to retention
  • Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business with enterprise accounts
  • Oversee CRM systems and implement AI-driven workflows
  • Develop market and customer insight for product and pricing decisions

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B
  • Native-level German proficiency
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Proven track record of building metrics-driven sales teams
