You'll define standardized QA frameworks, drive continuous improvement in quality assurance, and mentor internal and external teams. This role offers the opportunity to champion AI-driven testing and work with top mobile game titles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and execute strategic QA initiatives across multiple projects
• Define and implement testing KPIs and reporting standards
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve QA pipeline
• Advance adoption of automation and AI-driven testing
• Manage external QA budgets and ensure efficient operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years QA experience in game development environment
• Proven management experience in QA
• Experience with DevOps QA and/or LiveOps QA
• Proficiency in JIRA, TestRail, and Google Workspace
