Description
You will be responsible for elevating and stewarding Pager Health's visual identity across brand, marketing, and sales touchpoints. You'll translate complex healthcare and AI concepts into compelling designs, create high-impact visual narratives for various channels, and partner with marketing and sales teams to drive engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing design experience with strong brand execution and enterprise sales storytelling
- Proven ability to build narrative arcs articulating problem, solution, value, and differentiation
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles
- Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience; healthcare industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Advance and steward visual brand identity across marketing and sales channels
- Create high-impact visual narratives for digital marketing, presentations, sales materials, social media, and web
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and craft persuasive presentation stories
- Translate complex healthcare and AI concepts into clear visuals like charts and infographics
- Develop scalable templates and visual systems for consistency
