You'll lead global People strategies for a mission-driven nonprofit ending factory farming. Your core impact is scaling HR operations across multiple countries while fostering a high-accountability culture. This fully remote role requires senior-level HR expertise and global compliance knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the global People team with strategic direction
• Develop and drive global People and Culture vision and initiatives
• Oversee large-scale system and process optimization across all People functions
• Serve as top-level expert on multi-jurisdictional employment and compliance matters

📋 Requirements

• Progressive senior-level HR leadership experience (10+ years)
• Expert knowledge of US and non-US employment laws
• Track record setting direction for a functional area in mission-driven organizations
• Experience with global compensation and compliance
