Description

You will participate in a 6-18 month training program focused on sales, Ag Lending, and Crop and Livestock Insurance, preparing you for a sales role upon completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural economics, ag business or related field
• Ability to obtain Insurance License within six months
• Solid organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of farm production methods and business management
• Effective team building and processing skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and experiential training on agricultural industry
• Attend industry events to stay current on agriculture and financial trends
• Market loans and develop new client relationships
• Assist in building client relationships and prospecting
• Process loans and analyze financial information
