📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical support or platform engineering.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks and ITIL processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM).

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Basic object-oriented programming skills (Java preferred).
