You will take full ownership of patent and trademark prosecution projects, ensuring compliance with filing formalities and deadlines across global jurisdictions. You'll work autonomously with a diverse team across three continents, contributing to the operational excellence of the IP team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in associated or complementary field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IP paralegal work
• Strong understanding of patent/trademark filing and prosecution procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Manage patent and trademark prosecution filings for U.S. and foreign applications
• Docket pending patent and trademark applications from all ASM IP jurisdictions
• Generate reports, dockets, and accompanying metrics
• Ensure compliance with patent prosecution formalities and deadlines
