💼 About This Role

You'll be a founding member of a new team, architecting Lattice's centralized data lakehouse on AWS. You'll build scalable data pipelines and reusable SDKs and tooling to empower internal stakeholders. This role directly shapes the intelligence and interconnectedness of our products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Standardize data infrastructure and practices across the organization.
• Design and deploy scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Build reusable SDKs, libraries, and tooling for data access.
• Shape data governance practices for security and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in software, data, or analytics engineering with data platform exposure.
• Fluency in SQL and a general-purpose programming language.
• Familiarity with a data warehouse/lakehouse platform like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, Athena, or Redshift.
