You'll lead the opening of a new market for ElevenLabs, building a team and deploying voice AI technology at strategic customers. You'll operate as a co-founder within a startup-like unit, driving 0-to-1 growth and ensuring high-impact solutions for the most challenging problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with strategic customers to identify voice AI needs and pain points.
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers in the region.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customer workflows.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration.
• Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives and revenue impact.
