💼 About This Role

You'll manage all accounting operations including revenue recognition, AP, inventory, and payroll for a sleep fitness technology company. You'll drive process improvements using AI and automation to enable scalable accounting. This role offers a chance to build a best-in-class accounting function during a growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full cycle accounting operations and month-end close
• Build AI workflows and automation to eliminate manual work
• Drive process improvement for efficiency and scalability
• Develop scalable internal controls and SOX-ready framework
• Manage financial reporting and present insights to leadership

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA license
• Public accounting firm experience required (Big 4 or large regional)
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting and managerial experience
• Experience building and utilizing AI workflows and agents
