You'll lead insurance partnerships and distribution for BJAK, a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia expanding into the UK. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to go-live, driving revenue impact and market entry. This role offers the chance to build strategic insurer relationships and work directly with senior leadership.

• Identify, negotiate, and close insurer and ecosystem partnerships.

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of UK partners.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, insurance, or fintech.
• Strong commercial and negotiation capability.
• Highly self-driven and proactive, requiring no handholding.
