Description

You will own the product vision and strategy for SDS tooling initiatives, driving tooling projects from proposal through release. You'll translate ambiguous problems into clear opportunities, capture requirements, and define success metrics while coordinating agile delivery.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to technical tools, platforms, or pipelines
• Strong ability to balance strategic vision with practical delivery
• Able to build positive relationships cross-functionally
• Skillful communicator able to translate technical issues to non-technical audiences and vice versa
• Passion for game development and tooling
• Experience with platform products and technologies a plus

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and strategy for multiple SDS tooling efforts across their lifecycles
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear opportunities and measurable outcomes
• Capture and validate requirements, develop roadmaps, conduct competitive analysis and customer interviews
• Define and track key success criteria (adoption, efficiency gains, user satisfaction)
• Support agile planning by coordinating sprint cycles, backlog refinement, and release schedules
• Communicate progress, outcomes, and risks to SDS leadership, executives, and customers
