You'll consolidate complex processes into a central knowledge base and partner across teams to ensure scalability. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain standardized manufacturing engineering methods and best practices.
- Define common frameworks for manufacturing planning and work instruction structure.
- Lead definition of facility planning standards including space allocation and line layouts.
- Standardize tooling and ground support equipment requirements and integration.
- Develop standardized approaches for test and functional test equipment.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering.
- Deep hands-on experience with manufacturing planning, process definition, and work instructions.
- Proven ability to define and implement standardized engineering methods across multiple teams.
- Strong systems thinking and documentation skills to translate complex operations into repeatable standards.
