You'll develop and standardize manufacturing engineering methods for Archer's Midnight aircraft, bridging design and high-rate production. You'll consolidate complex processes into a central knowledge base and partner across teams to ensure scalability. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain standardized manufacturing engineering methods and best practices.
  • Define common frameworks for manufacturing planning and work instruction structure.
  • Lead definition of facility planning standards including space allocation and line layouts.
  • Standardize tooling and ground support equipment requirements and integration.
  • Develop standardized approaches for test and functional test equipment.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering.
  • Deep hands-on experience with manufacturing planning, process definition, and work instructions.
  • Proven ability to define and implement standardized engineering methods across multiple teams.
  • Strong systems thinking and documentation skills to translate complex operations into repeatable standards.
