Description
In this role, you will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's Moveworks AI products, collaborating with account teams to drive territory strategy and digital transformation for enterprise customers. You'll coach team members on specialty solution areas and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in specialty solution area with knowledge of ROI
- Experience as an AE or in alternative sales role
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes
- Ability to support strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas
- Strong coaching and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Support territory strategy and account planning to improve vertical understanding and use case targeting
- Help customers envision digital transformation value and develop strategy with account team and partners
- Coach AEs, ADRs, ACEs on specialty solution knowledge to identify opportunities and manage sales cycles
- Interlock with SC Specialists on capability roadmap for feedback and agreement
- Champion diversity and belonging to foster an open and inclusive environment
