💼 About This Role

You'll partner with members virtually to inspire lasting behavior change in weight management, nutrition, and stress reduction. As part of a whole-person care team, you'll help members achieve sustainable health goals using evidence-based coaching. This part-time role supports a virtual, personalized obesity care platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach members one-on-one via video calls and electronic messaging.
• Set concrete, SMART health goals using Motivational Interviewing.
• Document key information during video consults in appropriate applications.
• Collaborate with coordinated care team for best member experience.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in health-related field (nutrition, public health, exercise physiology, psychology, health science, or health education).
• Health coaching certification from an NBHWC-approved program (e.g., Wellcoaches, Duke Integrative).
• Minimum 3 years of one-on-one health coaching experience after certification.
• Pass Vida's Mock Motivational Interview session.

✨ Nice to Have

• CHES or NBC-HWC certification.
• Fluency in Spanish.

🚩 Heads Up

• Part-time role with salary based on hourly wage but expected to meet metrics and benchmarks.
• Requires availability M-F 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-12pm for part-time hours.
