You'll lead store operations for Sandbox VR, providing world-class VR experiences. You'll ensure seamless guest journeys and coach team members to maintain high standards. This role combines guest service with team leadership in an exciting tech-forward environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close the store, manage daily audits and schedules.
• Coach team members in real time and train new hires.
• Maintain store standards, sanitize gear, and prepare equipment.
• Proactively share offers to boost guest engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in retail/hospitality leadership.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 40 lb, and use stairs.
