You'll manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations for Stripe's existing SMB customers. You'll drive full sales cycle strategies to upsell and retain revenue while collaborating across teams. π― What You'll Do
- Own contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations
- Develop sales cycle strategies for product adoption and retention
- Generate leads through cold calling, research, and networking
- Identify customer pain points and propose Stripe solutions
π Requirements
- 2+ years of client-facing/sales experience
- Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems
- Experience driving upsell opportunities in consultative engagements
- Analytical ability to manage complex pricing

- Prior sales/customer-facing role at a high growth tech company
- Experience with Excel and SQL
