You'll participate in a structured sales development program at our headquarters, learning full-cycle outside sales skills. You'll work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls at customer sites. This program offers ongoing mentorship and in-depth product training.

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training + 2 years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Internship or co-op in sales/distribution or manufacturing
• Ability to relocate to Addison, IL for 12 months training
