🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and drive support resolution with senior clients and internal teams
• Mentor junior team members to ensure successful issue resolution
• Develop and mature the SRE strategy for scalability and reliability
• Automate manual processes and troubleshoot complex technical issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• L3 support experience or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and application support
• Advanced hands-on experience with Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, or WebLogic

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, S3, RDS, DynamoDB/MongoDB)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
