You'll lead Samba's global Sales Engineering function, owning strategy, team leadership, and revenue impact. You'll drive value engineering and ROI models to close complex enterprise deals. This role offers direct influence on product roadmap through field signals.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Set SE charter, org design, coverage model, and annual plan.
- Hire, develop, and lead managers and senior ICs across regions.
- Lead executive narratives on TV measurement, tune-in, and outcomes.
- Own SE pipeline influence, forecast hygiene, and stage-gates.
📋 Requirements
- 12-15+ years in AdTech/MarTech/Measurement
- 5+ years leading managers
- Track record influencing $20M+ ARR and closing complex enterprise deals
- Working knowledge of APIs, SQL, ETL, and major clouds

- Master's degree preferred
