Responsibilities

• Architect and administer core enterprise platforms: Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack
• Lead SaaS adoption, optimization, and AI-native roadmap
• Manage and troubleshoot 30+ SaaS platforms using SMPs
• Automate user lifecycle workflows and conduct audits
• Maintain documentation and mentor junior engineers
