You'll oversee service delivery and act as an outsourced CFO for non-profit clients, managing all finance, accounting, and compliance reporting. Your core impact includes financial statement preparation, grant reporting, and annual audits. You'll also mentor staff and collaborate with the Business Development Team to grow the non-profit client base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee financial statement preparation and grant reporting for clients.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts with strategic insights.
• Manage annual financial and governmental audits, including work paper preparation.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with Business Development on sales strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 7 years of experience with staff oversight.
• Experience in non-profit finance and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage Intacct.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Experience in charter school finance.
