Requirements

• 5+ years in HR, recruiting, career development, workforce development, or business development
• Proven success in talent placement and employer engagement
• Experience leading and coaching managers or team leads
• Data-savvy with Salesforce or similar platform experience
• Tech-savvy and proficient with social media and digital tools

Responsibilities

• Build and manage employer relationships to secure job placements
• Attend networking events and job fairs to expand partnerships
• Lead research, sector analysis, and pitch development for strategic placements
• Coach and mentor TSNY managers on outreach and placement strategies
• Oversee placement data in Salesforce to guide strategy
